Helen Jardon
began her dance training at the age of five in her hometown of Nottingham, New Hampshire. She continued her education at the Nutmeg Ballet Conservatory, graduating in 2021 after performing leading roles such as “Swanhilda” in Coppélia. Following graduation, she completed a postgraduate program with Oklahoma City Ballet and then joined Cincinnati Ballet as a trainee. During her time there, she performed in company productions including Victoria Morgan’s The Nutcracker and The Little Mermaid, as well as Balanchine works such as Raymonda Variations and Walpurgisnacht.
In 2024, Helen joined Ballet Papillon as a company member and has since enjoyed guesting throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
A dedicated and passionate teacher, Helen began student teaching at age 12 and has been committed to nurturing the next generation of dancers ever since. She is thrilled to continue sharing her love of ballet both onstage and in the studio.
