taylor stewart

began studying ballet at the age of 3, under the direction of Miss Peggie Wallis (ARAD).  She has completed 10 out of 12 medal examinations of the Royal Academy of Dance curriculum in just a five year span of time, supervised by Mrs. Hastings.  Taylor joined NWA Ballet Theatre in 2011. In the fall of 2012, Taylor began her training at Northwest Arkansas Conservatory of Classical Ballet.

Her performance experience includes, Mother Goose, Sleeping Beauty, The Nutcracker, and numerous performances at the Singing Men of Arkansas concerts throughout Arkansas.  Taylor has attended Ballet Magnificat!’s summer dance intensive.  She will be leaving us after this season to pursue her desire to perform with a praise and worship company. She will be joining Ballet Mag's company training program. We wish her the best and look forward to cheering her on through her next adventure.

Creating beautiful performances that will thrill audiences is every dancers dream. It takes them many years of training, long hours in rehearsals, and a lot of pointe shoes and performance wear.

NWA Ballet Theatre invites you to help keep our dancers on their toes by taking part in our Adopt-a-Dancer program.

All you have to do is choose a dancer (or type in “most in need”) and your donation will go directly to assisting their various performance needs.

Help our dancers realize their dreams -- join our Adopt-a-Dancer program today.
